Columns for a customer pricing CSV upload. ''price_type'' is ''net'' (price is the net price) or ''discount_percent'' (price is a percentage off list). Dates are YYYY-MM-DD; an empty ''expiry_date'' means no end date. Uploads are rejected when a part number and line code pair is unknown, a date is in another format, or a price is negative.
