Sample document for TicketChat testing. Not an official policy.
Columns for a customer pricing CSV upload. price_type is net (price is the net price) or discount_percent (price is a percentage off list). Dates are YYYY-MM-DD; an empty expiry_date means no end date. Uploads are rejected when a part number and line code pair is unknown, a date is in another format, or a price is negative.
